

Gatespace managed services are delivered using systems configured for high availabilty. Processing elements are configured N+1, storage components are fully redundant. Systems are located in a purpose built data center with redundant data feeds and full utility backup.
The underlying architecture of the Gatespace e-Services Manager (management system) ensures that system capacity can be seamlessly scaled to match subscriber and traffic loads.

Systems used in the delivery of managed services are monitored 7x24 for normal operation. When abnormal operation is detected an alarm is transmitted to Gatespace support staff to ensure that corrective actions commence as soon as possible.

Because consumers frequently remove power or disconect equipment, the presence or absence of a CPE device is not usually considered significant or noteworthy. However, specific CPE and subordinate applications may be explicitely monitored and an e-mail alert generated when the target device/application is detacted as being AWOL.

All managed services can be delivered using the customer's brand or the Gatespace brand. Branding includes all visual material and web references (URLs). Similarly, credit card transactions can be processed using the customer's merchant account or using a Gatespace merchant account.
Services are typically customized or fine tuned for integration with the customer's existing systems and procedures. Applications can also be customized to address specific requirements.
